Welcome to Sohail Waqas Travel (Pvt) Ltd. By accessing our website (sohailwaqas.com), booking Hajj or Umrah packages, requesting visit visa consultancy, or purchasing airline flight tickets through our offices or online channels, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Licensing & Legal Compliance

Sohail Waqas Travel (Pvt) Ltd is a fully registered corporate travel management company in Pakistan operating under Government DTS License ## 2652, IATA Accreditation Code #Code #27-3 1892 4, and Ministry of Religious Affairs Hajj Code ## 4080. All operations comply with the Department of Tourist Services (DTS), Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA), IATA rules, and civil aviation directives of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

2. Hajj & Umrah Package Bookings

• All Hajj and Umrah bookings require a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
• Package rates (Quad, Triple, Double) are subject to availability and currency exchange rate fluctuations until full payment and visa issuance are completed.
• Hotel distances in Makkah and Madinah are stated as approximations based on walking distance to the outer courtyards of Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi.
• Ministry of Hajj & Umrah (KSA) rules, Nusuk platform policies, and Saudi transport regulations apply to all pilgrims.

3. Worldwide Visit Visa File Preparation & Paid Audit

• Sohail Waqas Travel provides professional visa file preparation, bank statement auditing, cover letter drafting, and verifiable flight/hotel voucher generation.
• Paid Audit Policy: We do NOT offer free document audits. All document evaluations, file audits, and embassy cover letter drafting are professional paid consultancy services.
• Embassy Disclaimer: The final authority to grant or reject a visa rests entirely with the respective Embassy, Consulate, or High Commission. Sohail Waqas Travel does NOT guarantee visa issuance for any country. Consultancy fees are non-refundable once the file preparation service is rendered.

4. Airline Ticketing & Flight Bookings

• Flight tickets issued under our IATA portal are subject to the specific fare rules, baggage limits, and cancellation penalties of the issuing airline (e.g. Saudia, PIA, Emirates, Qatar Airways).
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all name spellings match their passport exactly. Name corrections are governed by individual airline PNR policies.
• Flight schedule updates or delays imposed by airlines are beyond our direct control; our team provides 24/7 re-issuance support.
