Refund Policy

At Sohail Waqas Travel (Pvt) Ltd, we strive to maintain complete transparency regarding booking cancellations, ticket voids, and refund processing. The refund rules detailed below apply to all bookings made through our online channels or physical branch offices.

1. Hajj & Umrah Package Cancellations

• Prior to Visa Issuance: Cancellations made before Nusuk E-Visa or Ministry of Hajj registration are eligible for a full refund minus nominal admin processing fees (PKR 5,000 to PKR 10,000 per passport).
• After Visa Approval & Hotel Voucher Generation: Saudi Ministry E-Visa fees and non-refundable hotel room blockings in Makkah & Madinah cannot be refunded once issued under Nusuk rules.
• No-Show on Departure: No refunds are provided for no-shows at the airport on the day of departure.

2. Airline Ticket Refunds & Voids

• Same-Day Ticket Void: Tickets cancelled within the same calendar day of issuance (before airline midnight settlement) may be voided with minimal airline void fees.
• Refundable Tickets: Refunds for refundable fare categories are processed according to the specific airline's penalty matrix plus our IATA agency re-issuance/refund service charge.
• Non-Refundable Tickets: Promotional or non-refundable tickets issued by budget airlines are non-refundable except for unused airport taxes as permitted by civil aviation rules.

3. Visit Visa Consultancy & Paid File Audit Fees

• Non-Refundable Consultancy: All professional file preparation fees, bank statement auditing charges, and cover letter drafting fees are strictly non-refundable once document auditing services have been performed by our senior visa officers.
• Embassy Rejections: Embassy visa fee payments and our consultancy fees cannot be refunded in the event of a visa refusal, as consulate fees are non-refundable government charges.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the customer's original method of payment (Crossed Cheque, Bank Transfer, or Cash Receipt) within 7 to 14 working days after airline or hotel supplier settlement.
